Your Role: Driving Local Business Growth
We are seeking energetic and results-driven Field Sales Executives to join our growing teams in Bangalore and Mangalore. In this role, you will be the face of Ordrio in your assigned territory, responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding local merchants onto our platform. You’ll be instrumental in expanding Ordrio’s footprint and directly contributing to the success of local businesses by introducing them to our powerful e-commerce solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Merchant Acquisition: Actively identify, prospect, and visit potential clients (restaurants, retail outlets, SMBs) within your assigned territory.
- Sales & Onboarding: Effectively pitch Ordrio’s value proposition to key decision-makers, demonstrating how our platform meets their business needs. Successfully onboard new merchants, ensuring they understand the platform’s core functionalities.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with new clients to foster long-term partnership and success.
- Platform Training: Provide basic training and support to merchants to ensure they can effectively utilize the Ordrio platform.
- Market Intelligence: Gather valuable market feedback on customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends to help refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned monthly onboarding and sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in field sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably within the E-commerce, SaaS, FMCG, or Telecom sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Kannada and other relevant local languages (for Mangalore) is essential.
- Must own a reliable two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Comfortable and willing to travel extensively within the assigned local territory for field visits.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
