Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage new platforms and features to enhance the company’s social media presence.
  2. Content Creation:
    • Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Reels.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  3. Community Management:
    • Foster and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
    • Monitor social media channels for trends, discussions, and opportunities to join relevant conversations.
  4. Campaign Management:
    • Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, events, and promotional activities.
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.
  5. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Utilize social media analytics tools to track and measure the performance of social media campaigns.
    • Provide regular reports to management, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  6. Social Listening:
    • Monitor online conversations and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential risks.
    • Proactively address and mitigate issues that may arise on social media.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in content creation tools and social media management platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
