Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage new platforms and features to enhance the company’s social media presence.
- Content Creation:
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Reels.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Community Management:
- Foster and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, discussions, and opportunities to join relevant conversations.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, events, and promotional activities.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track and measure the performance of social media campaigns.
- Provide regular reports to management, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Social Listening:
- Monitor online conversations and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Proactively address and mitigate issues that may arise on social media.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in content creation tools and social media management platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
