About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who can build and scale products end to end. You’ll work closely with founders, product, and design to architect, develop, and ship features across frontend and backend systems.
This role requires strong Node.js & React expertise, experience with service-based architectures, and a mindset focused on scalability, performance, and clean engineering.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable applications using Node.js, NestJS, React.js, and Next.js
- Architect and develop microservices or modular backend services with clear boundaries and APIs
- Implement SSR and SSG for performance, SEO, and scalability
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs using NestJS
- Design database schemas and write efficient queries using Prisma ORM and PostgreSQL
- Own backend concerns including authentication, authorization, and API security (JWT based)
- Ensure clean architecture, separation of concerns, and best coding practices
- Optimize frontend performance, reusability, and responsiveness
- Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to deliver polished user experiences
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers when required
- Improve engineering standards, tooling, and development workflows
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript
- Proven experience building backend systems using NestJS or similar Node.js frameworks
- Experience designing microservices or service-oriented architectures
- Solid experience with React.js and Next.js
- Strong understanding of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL
- Hands-on experience with Prisma or similar ORMs
- Good understanding of authentication, authorization, and API security
- Experience with Git-based workflows and collaborative development
- Ability to take ownership from design to deployment
Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud platforms, containers, or orchestration tools
- Exposure to event-driven systems, queues, or background workers
- Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or high-scale platforms
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
