Brand & Communications Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a Brand & Communications Manager (Social Media, Content & PR) who will own how the brand communicates across digital platforms and public channels. This role sits at the intersection of social media, content, and PR. You will shape brand voice, drive visibility, and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
This is a hands on role. You will plan, execute, and optimize communication efforts while working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the brand’s presence across social platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube
  • Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand, marketing, and business goals
  • Create and oversee content including posts, captions, short form videos, campaigns, and announcements
  • Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all channels
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and actively build community
  • Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, growth, and campaign effectiveness
  • Translate analytics into actionable insights and content improvements
  • Coordinate with design, marketing, and leadership teams on launches and campaigns
  • Support PR initiatives including brand announcements, partnerships, influencer outreach, and collaborations
  • Stay updated with platform trends, content formats, algorithms, and best practices

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in social media, content, brand, or communications roles
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and audience behavior
  • Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining quality and consistency
  • Hands on experience with content creation tools such as Canva or basic video editing tools
  • Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting performance data

Nice to Have

  • Experience with paid social promotions on Meta or LinkedIn
  • Exposure to PR, influencer marketing, or brand collaborations
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content strategy
