About the Role:
We’re looking for a Design Lead (Product / UI/UX) will own product design end to end. You’ll work closely with founders, product managers, and engineers to shape the product experience while setting the design direction for the company.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll design, review, guide, and build systems. You won’t just execute briefs. You’ll help define what should be built and how it should feel.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead product design across web and mobile experiences
- Partner closely with founders and product managers to shape product strategy and UX direction
- Own user experience from problem discovery to shipped features
- Design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
- Build and maintain a scalable design system and visual language
- Review design work and provide clear, actionable feedback
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure high quality implementation
- Balance speed, usability, and aesthetics in a fast moving environment
- Set design standards, processes, and best practices as the team grows
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and user experience patterns
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in product design or UI/UX roles
- Prior experience owning or leading design for a product or major feature set
- Strong proficiency in Figma including components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems
- Deep understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
- Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SaaS, e-commerce, or B2B platforms
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design
- Experience working in early-stage or fast growing startups
- Ability to support basic brand and marketing design when needed
