The Social Media Executive is responsible for managing the company’s social media presence, creating engaging content, and implementing strategies to build brand awareness and audience engagement across digital platforms. This role involves creativity, consistency, and a strong understanding of current social media trends and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
- Manage daily posting schedules and ensure brand consistency in tone and visuals.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and build community engagement.
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams for creative campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, hashtags, tools, and algorithms.
- Support digital advertising efforts, influencer collaborations, and brand promotions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and audience engagement.
- Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Video Editing Apps (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with paid promotions (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO and content strategy.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
