About Ordrio
We know what it is like to juggle orders, deliveries and customers while old tools slow you down, because we have done it too. Ordrio is the tool we wished we had back then.
It didn't start in a boardroom.
It started in a cramped back office, surrounded by delivery slips, half-charged phones and endless "where's my order?" calls. We were replying to WhatsApp messages late at night and trying to grow without burning out.
Every business owner we spoke to told the same story:
- Too many systems that didn't talk to each other.
- Commissions paid to platforms that also promoted their competitors.
- Developers who promised a lot and delivered much less.
So we set out with one simple mission: help independent businesses sell online with the same ease as the big players, without losing their personality, their independence or their profits.
So, we built one system that could handle it all: orders, deliveries, subscriptions, payments and customers, in one clean dashboard. And we designed it so anyone could use it. No code, no jargon, no chasing developers for changes.
What drives us is simple.

Why a tiger?
Pili means tiger in Tulu, the language of Udupi, where Ordrio is built. During festivals, Udupi's streets fill with Pili Vesha, dancers painted as tigers.
Pili is our tiger. You won't find Pili on every page. Pili turns up when something good happens, like a request sent or a store that has just gone live.
