Yes. Make as many invoices as you need and save each one as a PDF from the print window. There is no sign-up and no watermark.
When you and the buyer are in the same state, the GST splits into equal CGST and SGST. When the buyer is in another state, you charge IGST at the full rate. Pick the right option under "Where is the buyer?".
For each item, the taxable value is quantity times rate. GST is worked out on that value at the item's rate and rounded to the paisa. The total is then rounded to the nearest rupee, and the difference is shown as the round-off.
It checks the format and the check digit, so a typing mistake is caught. It does not check that the GSTIN is registered, so confirm that on the GST portal.
